Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Future You, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Future You. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Future You offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Available plans, pricing, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Eligible new subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable plan will be billed.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until canceled. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to premium features until then.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact support if you believe your situation warrants a refund and we will review it in good faith.

You agree not to misuse Future You, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to reverse engineer the service, interfering with other users, or uploading images of people without their consent.

Images and text produced by Future You are artistic visualizations generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a factual representation of any person, event, or outcome.

Future You provides educational and motivational financial information only. Nothing within the application constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions.

Future You, its branding, and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using AI generation you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the service for you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users, us, or the platform. You may stop using Future You at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future You and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
